This document governs the relationship between Dinamo Egypt and its passengers. By accessing our platform, you agree to these professional standards.
User Agreement
By utilizing the Dinamo platform for Regional Shuttle, Private Hire, or Business Class transport, the User confirms they are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this binding contract. All provided information must be accurate, current, and complete.
Service Protocols
Booking & Reservations
Reservations for regional shuttles must be confirmed at least 4 hours prior to departure. Business Class bookings require 24-hour advance notice to ensure fleet readiness.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for Private Hire will incur a 50% service fee. Regional Shuttles are non-refundable within 1 hour of departure.
Luggage & Items
Standard Regional Shuttle allowance: 1 large suitcase (max 23kg) and 1 carry-on. Excess luggage must be declared during booking. Dinamo is not liable for fragile or high-value items left in vehicles.
Passenger Safety Standards

- check_circleZero-tolerance policy for harassment or verbal abuse toward captains or fellow passengers.
- check_circleSmoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all Dinamo fleet vehicles.
- check_circleSeatbelts must be worn at all times as per Egyptian Traffic Law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Beni Suef, Egypt.
